Although it would appears that the issues can be fixed, I agree, management must have know about the productivity issues and in my opinion it clearly highlights the lack of transparency (I would call it something else but we are on a public forum)

To sign off on the half yearly report as no material change that would impact on the operations is wrong
and on the strength of the recent presentation and the half yearly report I purchased more so I am not impressed
