Well the Australian article said that the reason that there was a lack of equipment was because they didn't have the staff to maintain the equipment they had. What is to stop this problem happening again? The labour market isn't getting less tight? What changes have DCN and the contractor made to stop a repeat and what effect is this going to have on the AISC going forward? Why isn't the answers to these questions in the update?
