Here is the requirements underlying continuous disclosure. I would argue these circumstances required verification of materiality, as well as accuracy to the impacts on production and AISC. In my opinion, It was reasonable for them to reiterate guidance a few weeks ago if they had not yet defined how badly earnings were impacted.
