I tend to agree that dilution is sometimes a very difficult hurdle to overcome, I'm sure that everyone has a story of a company with trillions of shares, that came good, and, obviously the other side where the number of share kept it low.
I am currently exposed to a share that has 2.4 bil on its register, and really should have a sp of probably double that would be fair value. The discussions have been back and forth on the issue for what seems like a lifetime.
I am sure it will finally come good, but it has been a long journey.
As ROG will be.
