Why is it so hard to work out the minimum grams per tonne required?

Kids in primary school could work out this simple maths equation.

If costs are $2mill per qtr, how many grams of gold do they need to produce

( ultimately sell ), to get that amount of money?

I've set it out two or three times now, do I need to show you again?

I have shares in this mob, and I know that at 85 tpd, they need

dirt that is nearer to 20 gpt than 5 gpt to make money.

I want them to make money, so that I make money too,

but at much less than 20 gpt, not going to happen.

    "
we all guessin on grades? Correct
    "

Not one single person could give you a reasonably accurate estimate

of the gpt that WILL BE processed, BUT... anybody with pen and paper,

or a calculator, can easily work out the MINIMUM grades to make

    the plant viable.

Why not have a stab at working out the MINIMUM grades required,

    instead of criticising me ?

Gold price is not that significant, unless it dropped 40/50 %,

and if it rises, a bonus !

    "
our mgt have much more info than us??????
    "

    Regarding what?

We all know how much gold they need to SELL

to cover qtrly costs, no big secret there.

Work it out for yourself, and you'll soon see what that figure is,

seeing as how you don't believe me.

Hopefully they can feed enough high grade ore through,

    to make a decent profit.

Don't forget that if they increase production, run extra shifts,

there are increased costs to go with this.

Do I need to show you again how to work it out?

Pert Mint is currently paying well for gold.
