Vert. Have you really never seen a mistake by a geologist? I can assure you that they are human like you and I. In the nuggety ore bodies at Woods point, which aren't drilled to buggery, the geologists are taking a best guess. Yes a punt, not Gospel like you believe. Greg Curnow for MCO was taking his best guess with drilling similar to Mc Nallys in Maxwells reef but it failed to produce profits. The ore body didn't have head grades, which were indicated by the drilling and much of this was because the mill was fed unsorted ore. Also the reef narrowed where it wasn't drilled so it wasn't anywhere near as large as was alluded to at earlier stages. I hope these don't happen with AUL's Mc Nally and or ROD. You seem to have chosen to ignore whats happened, even in recent history in the gold field. Any decent geologist would research this type of info at length.
AUL is exactly at the stage of development where things started going wrong for MCO. MCO was supposed to be making profits from Maxwells and was trialing with Donaldsons and Burns reefs ores. Holders, were kept in the dark until it was too late for many.
