It sounds like you need to make a phone call to AUL Zero .
I have talked to AUL, and know may of the answer's to your questions, but I am not about to waste my time having a argument with you over this, suffice to say that much of what you are stating is incorrect.
please take my advice and clear it up with the company before making any more statements.
