You obviously have LESS than NO IDEA on how they calc. GPT
They drilled a hole, (which they neglect to state) from how many metres
they intersected the gold, that assayed 9.75 mtrs @ 66.8 gpt.
DOES NOT mean it is a slab of ore, 10 metres thick.
Why don't you throw in 5 metres wide and 600 metres long into the bargain?
It is a 50mm hole that has drilled through some fairly high grade ore.
Drilling even 100 mm either side of this hole, (might) come up with 0 gpt.
If it was a 10 metre thick (reef) at 70 gpt, it would be one of
the richest mines around.
"Bawahahaha! is that some foreign language for
saying you don't have a clue how drilling/grades work? "
From 8th Jan drilling updates at Morning Star.
Diamond drilling results:
2.4m @ 3.5g/t Au from 61.3m downhole (hole L6009
That means they (intersected) the 2.4 length of 3.5 gpt FROM
a depth of 61.3 mtrs. The first 61.3 mtrs has no gold of note,
and is waste.
.0437
It also DOESN'T mean that there is a massive reef, 2.4 metres thick,
over whatever possible length and width.
So having drilled this 63.7 mtr deep hole, how much actual gold would
they have found, for them to say that the 'dirt' will give up 3.5 gpt?
