Ann: Proceedings concerning proposed meeting, page-7

Yeah well I started out with 345000 shares and got them at a seemingly expensive price and now,somehow,and im still trying to figure it out that I only have 34500 after the dilution or whatever it was that took 90% of my shares away and in about 2 days they were worth the same value each as when I had 345000 of them.
If I dont get to vote then please please make yours and anyone who gets a chance to count as us lesser valued holders are hurting just as much and would like to see justice delivered to those who deserve it.
