and we were only diluted 1:10 plus the effect of the Plaecement (less the shortfall). am too lazy to work out actual numbers)
the big issue for we shareholders, is to see EDE survive with enough funding liquidity to properly market and commercialise E/C, and its other technology like Edenplast.
I reckon, as a shareholder, the worst situation would be if EDE ran out of cash before it could commercialise E/C, then some deep-pocketed multi-national purchased the technology, and then they commercialise it and make a $ squillion.
IF E/C can gain a credible foothold in the US concrte and infrastructure mkt, then the US investors will take note. If they see E/C is being used by US State authorities and US engineers, and they can drive on freeways with E/C underfoot, or cross a bridge supported by E/C - then those US investors will start buying.
Let me say, I watched with amazement as the LNG Ltd share price rocketed when US investors started buying.
