To take up the 150,000 shares offered to you will cost $7,500 and you will also get 150,000 free options with a conversion price of 0.06 which would be $9,000 if you converted them any time before they expire.
But like I said you don't have to take up the whole offer of 150,000 shares and 150,000 fre options that come with them, for instance you could decide to take up only 100,000 shares or any number really, but there could be a minimum number.
