I did refer to the dilution, albeit with reference to the market cap prior to the spike, at which point it was trading at a negative EV of around -$1m. So the dilution is/was actually pushing it only into a neutral/slightly + EV. That said, the share price spike which occurred while I was typing has pushed that up a bit further.
