No mention of Lion & JMS taking up their entittlements so I am guessing that they wont as Mindax would have certainly spoken to them .I see that as a negative but i guess the fact that the board members are prepared to partialy underwrite is a positive. Would need a very robust scoping report for any retail support I would have thought.I am certainly not taking up my entitlement as I think the wheels seem to have fallen off for the time being.Why the huge delay in the scoping study? Heritage issue seems to have been hidden in the prospectus.Options due to expire in Dec. absolutely no chance of being in the money. Very disappointed in company performance past 6 months,I hold these in my superfund and believe long term they may be okay and that is the only reason I havent sold out
