With this ann it is very clear to me what the strategy of IOT is namley to sold the rest of the shares IOT has to pay the salaries of the management as long as it is possible. In less than one year this forum will be gone since IOT also will be gone.

Why I am so sure is the following sentence of the ann:

"To purpose of the issue is to provide further working capital"

and with "working capital" it is meant that the management has to be held in good mood and this is done when the salaries are guaranteed for the next three months!
