re: Ann: Private Placement of Securities Rais... So I see shares have been placed for a ~40% discount to current SP, PLUS free a option for each of these shares which is almost in the money, exercisable in 1.5 years from now.
If Cebu is so promising, why these massive discounts? Where can 'non-sophisticated' investors get get these shares?
