Interesting move. I knew the company was low on cash but had figured they'd limp over the finish line if we were looking at a Q2 transaction. Prudent by the board but perhaps indicative of a longer timetable also.

This is normal at this point... the finish line is always costly... we are heading to a big deal ... I am happy with that... investment has a price...
