Aqua we did learn/ have confirmation of more yesterday than simply the details of the CR.

GLA has recently announced its acquisition (subject to shareholder approval) of a JV interest in the North Arunta gold project, which it considers to be potentially world class, and the retention of the highly regarded technical team at Thunderbird Metals Pty Ltd. The Company has also recently announced the meeting date at which shareholder approval for the acquisition of the JV interests will be sought. The Company also notes, that it has received firm commitments for a capital raising where $500,000 before costs will be raised, resulting in 100,000,000 shares being issued to sophisticated and professional investors.
