I know I'm getting very old, but, aren't you guys missing something here or have I completely misread it?
Serious question, please, let's cut the personal stuff on what IS an extremely important issue, how much dough DO they have??. Please, for the benefit of all shareholders, Sector and sharks have made a very important contribution and the validity of it should concern all shareholders.
But, I'm trying to untangle these three announcements from management.
9 December 2016.
Capital raise to fund acquisition The Company has received commitments for 283.3 million shares at 0.6c per ordinary share to raise $1.7 million from sophisticated and professional investors.
23 December 2016.
As set out in the Prospectus, the proceeds of the Priority Offer will be allocated towards the acquisition of Incremental Oil and Gas (Florence) LLC (Incremental) for $2 million (Acquisition), expenses of the Priority Offer and working capital. A total of $1,700,000 has been raised pursuant to the Placement which will be allocated towards the Acquisition and costs of the Placement.
22 February 2017
On the 20th of February 2017, Austin advised that the Priority Offer had closed raising $576,158 (93,526,373 Shares) before associated costs leaving a shortfall of $938,842 (153,973,629 shares) ("Shortfall"). Confirmed applications of the Shortfall including allowable over subscriptions have now been received and subject to settlement raises the Company an additional $1,000,000.
Now, was the "Priority Offer" in addition, as a complement to, what the S.I.s had committed?? Was it????
Are we to include the $1.7 million from the S.I.s?? Is that completely separate from the "Priority Offer" that raised $1,515,000??.
So, before we start subtracting, which all appear correct, should we start with the combined totals of
(a) End Dec Q = $1,490,000,
(b) the 9 December ann from S.I.s of $1,700,000,
(c) the total sum from the "Priority Offer" = $1,515,000, TOTAL = $4,705,000?? Not, $3,005,000??
This is a very serious question, the correct answer to which, should make a huge difference to people's assessment of this company. So, please not get personal for once. Until we see the next 3B statement proving how many shares they DID issue altogether, or, receive more clarity from the company, we really are still guessing and to make any sort of dogmatic statement is really quite irresponsible and people should definitely not rely on those "estimates" until that 3B is produced.
