ok, seems resonable to assume they will not want to reopen unless the shortfall is accounted for and they have secured the shortfall somehow.
I guess they can open without the shortfall being allocated, but I personally find that unlikely.
Anyway they may already have someone ready to take up the shortfall? Probably at .005 maybe even .004.
Just my opinion but I think they will reopen once they have a plan for the shortfall, and maybe that will be wednesday.
Just a further query if they fund the shortfall at .005, do all those who have already subscribed to the offer also get it at .005 or are they stuck at .006?
