It looks as if the jockeying for PrIME control is in full swing. Since a board of greater than 5 members could hardly be justified NSP appoints a third of its number to ensure that it gains a majority vote. It could also be inferred that no third party with a sufficient stake has appeared in the JV to gain a seat on the board.

I had thought that possibly Goh Teh Woon might have been a candidate since he has performed so brilliantly for NSP thus far. Perhaps JM and HN considered that they knew Andrew Goodall better while simultaneously providing a direct connection between the boards of NSP and PrIME.
The spin out documents were supposed to be completed by about Feb.

Has anyone pondered over who wrote the last few announcements for NSP?
