BT,
Your expectation for answers to your (extremely reasonable and valid) questions, should be tempered with the knowledge of history...even though some will say "stop looking backward". I expect my questions below to receive the same treatment as yours.
A few points related to the thread;
1) The management will be losers. No they won't. They are drawing salaries, receiving 10%+ interest on loans, bonuses, free shares, high end German cars and who knows what else. The passage of time is to their advantage, rather than against.
2) The IPO and the subsequent funds. BT, good point. Not a word in this announcement about that. Why not? History suggests, it will be a long time, if we ever hear again about it.
3) Buying by directors. They've done it before when it appeared they shouldn't have (see www.nusepboardreform.info), including before the now 'don't mention the war' Philippines LOI. So why not now?
4) Auditor departure, round 2. Did the company stop paying the auditor, thus creating a dispute, because the auditors gave a negative report? Did the previous auditors get sacked because they reported criminal behavior to ASIC? Where are our next auditors? Why nothing in this announcement about it?
5) Funding the $15m. Why haven't we been able to secure funding? Is there something about Prime that is that bad that not a single sole will touch it? Or are the spruikers simply bad at their job? Why have we not been told what the problem is that leaves us with no takers?
6) We were told that the cartridge consumption, units to be sold by NuSep, is now only 15 instead of 25 per batch. Does this mean NuSep will make 40% less revenue now from the sale of cartridges? Isn't that bad, rather than good for us? And with this reduced cost for Prime, they still can't sell the idea?
So why was there nothing in this 'update' about;
a) Mr Goh's debt
b) State of general funding of NuSep
c) New auditors
d) Progression of Prime IPO
e) Philippines LOI
f) Singapore government funding
