Not too sure if there was anything new - even though the cartridge issue has not been raised before.

I am generally a glass half full person myself - otherwise why would I be invested here!

I have been with this company since Gradipore days.

Unfortunately (particularly when you refer to the 'history lesson that FactorX posted recently) I am getting more and more jaded as each day, week, month, year passes.

These delays have been going on for a long time.

Due diligence on nearly all of their purchases over the last few years has been sloppy and disgraceful. They have also taken advantage of some or all of these deals through bonuses and other issues.

Yet even with all their poor management of our business AND poor shareholder communication they still draw HUGE salaries and emoluments for their 'lack of achievement'! And they have the hide and shareholders fall in with them to obtain bigger salaries every year. Why?

As for 'but if the deal isn't completed and the company founders aren't the biggest losers and those suffering the most pain going to be those very people we've all been complaining about over the last few years' - well they will have to look for a new job. But so far they have been successful in stringing us all along.

If it doesn't work then there is also the risk that they will somehow slide the IP through the PrIME spin off and we will lose what looks like being our only asset! Everything else looks as though it is slowly been fed to others for a song.

I am still a glass half full guy even after that.
