    here's a crude chart, showing the high volume of buying in this period of sideways consolidation of 12-14c range and also that PGO has just had it's weighted moving average catch up again, so time for next leg. Has happened 4 times this year so far, with the price advancing hotly in front of the moving average and then returning to it and heading north again
