Looking at the JP129 bid timeframe, it won't happen straight away but definitely heading in the right direction.

The US army contract will be the big catalyst for 2015 IMO. In the mean time, they are managing to increase revenues and profit just from their ordinary operations which is a good sign.
The chairman seemed to flag a possible CR in the interview but a CR for growth purposes won't be a problem and i doubt they will want to dilute too much their holdings.
