re: Ann: Press Release - XTEK & Morgan Announ... For me, the fact that they have a well managed business to start with, very diverse with a lot of different products which are starting to return a profit is very important.
Looking on their website, I am amazed at the number of products, especially in the UAV dep and incorporating training and maintenance is the way to go.
If XTClave does not pass the US Army test, which i doubt, then they are not left with nothing. That makes it almost risk free.
If it succeeds, then it's all bonus for us.
