Parsons gets his performance shares, so he's happy! They talk about this deal being a 45% premium to the 20 day VWAP....GRY was at 0.18 at the start of May off it's own steam! 0.20 is a massive undersell for long term shareholders. I suspect however they were not going to be able to raise the finance to get to production after already having raised money for that purpose all those years ago now.
