Bardot,
A great name which reminds an old bloke like me of gods greatest creation.
I have been told by a very successful bloke that " The further you can get from the grease the more successful you will be" and by another " Any mug can fill holes with concrete"
I understand that Super Soco own the production line and they are building the Emax bikes for us. I think thats a good thing, when you analyse our production cost history.
Having super soco as our OEM should deliver fixed production costs which protects our margins.
The ultimate risk management tool is to fix all your costs as a percentage of sales through subcontracting.
The real money is in the manufacturing licence, the established brands and the distribution networks.
From previous posts it seems that Super Soco is a registered Vmoto Brand and they are really working for us as independent operators under the umbrella of our manufacturing license on premises leased from us. A magic formula that fixes manufacturing costs and incentivises the workforce.
I'm hoping we have said Good bye Mr Grease and I don't have to sweet about operating costs exceeding GP margins anymore.
