My point is that if wet harvesting is so special why didn't the Germans suggest this to RWD.
Maybe their brief was limited to the plant? Maybe they did and RWD felt it wasn't necessary because it's grade was superior.
What is the downside to wet harvesting? Higher capital costs?Higher operating costs?
