This is an interesting point. Why raise $500k only... and why now? I have struggled with this since the announcement and yours is a valid theory as any. The only other logical theory is either a) Faldi bottled it by not raising higher and wants to now put a floor under the price or b) They need more money immediately because they have bigger things in stall imminently. Neither a or b are really convincing imo... especially since they could have raised another $1.5mil through the oppies which are in the money. Hmmm.
