maybe people did pay attention, and thinking if they could have raised additional 1mil at 4.5, they probably would have taken it... i mean they could have raised at 8, 9, 10c when things were hot... now everywhere cracks on coin... and NCX might not evencuate given its already delayed for operation...

i think they just buy themselves a month time to see if market likes it... looks like market only cares is where money gonna come from...
