The stock has bumped nicely over last few weeks up to 30cents, cash funds are getting lowish - as you pointed out, they have low costs due to them owning own drill rigs, but they will have to do it in the next 6 months regardless, and think the time to do it looks right, coupled with the preso, ide say they are looking to do a CR with "sophisticated investors"...
