Appreciate all the views. I can sum up my argument very easily. BPT need DLS, whilst DLS does not need BPT.

I think AEP should ignore AJQ, and simply buy DLS. About the same price as their Farmin, except they get proven oil, proven gas and a proven growth profile. Won't happen, but just shows that money can be spent in different ways.

Rizzla, I can imagine its quite easy for you to simply view the T/O as a non event, except that it gained you greater short term gains, some like myself bought DLS to see its growth potential actually achieved (and to hopefully achieve a return on my investment to a much larger extent than what this T/O is offering).
