It is in the best interests of DLS shareholders even though we could have gotten better - I can't see how we can do anything about it without the DLS board.
The cream that DLS shareholders missed out on will flow through to the new BPT but then again DLS holders will hold plenty of the new BPT which probably will run stronger in regards the sp so both will benefit after the merger...
In time the new BPT could become the old STO..
