Hi All

Can't help to think that because these talks were "material" and they had been going on for some time why wasn't the market informed that DLS was in discussion with BPT about a merger. Surely Once an approach was made it became material and needed to be announced.

I don't buy any of the BS that has been reported,

...Brad Lingo leaving on mutual terms

...people threatening to walk away

... SVW sitting on the sidelines and only watching

... this is in the best interest of DLS shareholders...more likely the best interest of a few.
