I don't get it. why sell DLS and buy BPT at this price?
1) if the merger goes through 1 DLS = 1.25 BPT, with the closing price of BPT on Friday of $0.685, DLS is then worth more than it closing price of $0.825;
2) when it is back from trading halt on Friday, the market reaction (the initial share price jump) already showed us which share is more undervalue;
3) It doesn't need to be an Einstein to know that DLS is a better buy than BPT, many holders here are holding both shares with DLS in bigger holding.
