My only hope now is that between now and Feb, DLS has some success with the drill bit which could force BPT to up their bid, because in reality, BPT has zero ability to change its SP other than through asset sales.

The other factor is that DLS is much more heavilty affected by the price of oil. IF... IF POO rises significantly before Feb, then again, the price being paid today won't cut it. Time will tell of course.
