Fair questions. I’m not in this for a takeover I just think that is a likely outcome.
From RH’s perspective a deal could involve cash and shares in the acquirer. That way he gets upside from higher gold prices. When B2 took over Papillon it was at least partially shares (may have been wholly shares, cant remember).
I don’t think the project is large or complex enough that it needs a partner. WAF could likely finance it on their own.
