This is a great deal - (better than no deal as the money in the bank was very low) have a look at what Near Map has achieved & with the credentials of the Pointerra mob - of course time will tell but surely not much downside.
A consolidation is a must to meet listing rules & 2c is as good as it gets.

I have no doubt about the quality of the management team, that is not in discussion. I assessed a similar type of product some time ago (privacy applies) and the biggest challenge was the revenue generation, maybe this team has found a novel way to sell their product, making it more attractive, but need more info to assess. The second issue is with the current holders, it seems like everybody is willing to sell between 2c and 3c, capping the value the company - I saw the evolution of the SP during the opening and it was pathetically predictable -. If we assume for one minute that Pointerra has an economically viable model, then the second issue would be the one that won't allow them to progress, I wouldn't buy a pre-consolidation share, no way.
