Yep the approvals are really all that matters right now. I am feeling a truck load more comfortable today than I did last week. The submission announcement, the presentation (they don't just release that stuff without a reason...) and the buy volume over the past few weeks is making feel much more comfortable.

I resisted the very strong urge to reduce my holdings a little last week to divert the funds into a undervalued stock with a good yield. I'm extremely glad I did.

I know this sounds ridiculously speculative and kind of irresponsible to say, but I think the company has already been assured the mining concession will be granted as long as we submit that response. That's now done so the company is high-fiving and cracking the champagne, hence the presentation. It's out there just to remind the market just how massive this company's potential is now that we're going into construction phase.
