Well - HVN's international expansion is already successful, and they have done it iteratively. Bunnings management lost their heads with a big bang expansion. The mindset diff was that Bunnings were splashing other peoples money. Gerry lost his marbles on that Dairy, but that doesn't mean international will be the same. I hope Gerry can stay away from diworsification, and have his doctor and wife present for all contract signings, esp those that involve 4 legged beasts ;-)
Anyway - I haven't longed HVN - but it is very interesting to me, and the success of his flagship strategy is still an open book ATM, but has some positive anecdotes OS so far.
