Yes the NT processes are slow but there are operating mines in NT and a drill bit hit will still be put into the SP.
Monkey on the back here is a pending CR. Once they get it out of the way I think the SP will be free to spread it's wings. I'm guessing there may have been at least one U fund on that site tour.
