I agree wholeheartedly with @gottalove . This is an excellent presentation. SO much potential.
With 2 key trigger points (2x SS) only 3-6 weeks away you'd be crazy to sell now.
Of course there's a long road ahead. Was anybody dreaming we'd be mining in 12 months? Come on!
If the SS confirms that at least one of the sites is viable for mining (= great economics) PUR at a $4M mc is an absolute joke. If both sites look great, watch it fly - and rue the day in March when you decided to sell!
