FWIW, I only started accumulating EAR about 6 months ago so do not have a long history of disappointment.Victor and his team have been on the job less than 4 months.I get the impression they are doing things right.I have no problem calling a spade a spade but I am nowhere near frustration at this point. I hope I don't get there.Good luck to us.
