Say what you do and do what you say. Looking at the "no reaction" at SP level it seems to me that not to many were of the opinion that management would meet the announced deadlines.
Not meeting the deadlines on the other side is for such a company and the project itself a no go. Better to be be more conseverative and to over deliver than viceversa. The management really seems to be the critical part here. I change my view on hold. If they can not meet the May deadlines I will sell because if they can not deliver now they will also not deliver in the future.
