I recommend you read their past announcements on the BFS and compare what they promised and when to what they delivered and when. I actually spoke to the Chair who conceded that they had not delivered what they said they would.

The question is whether this time is different.

I find that investors who think in binary and bias themselves against fact that discredit their position often don't do very well. I hoping it is different this time but I am balanced in my belief that it may not be.
