Sold at 31.5/32 Champs.
Short term it's no good for the sp. Long term, if the deal goes through, it should be a good thing but I didn't want to wait that long with the inevitable sell-off that buying companies' sp normally takes.
Very whatchful eye on it now though for a bargain. Plus, if the deal is rejected the sp will bounce back to 32 imo.
