it is about 15% of my portfolio so a big commitment from me

I think I feel positive about it for two reasons

1). Andrew Harrison has certainly delivered in the last year. He seems to really understand cutting costs and delivering value. It was a pretty loosely run company before with random investments and ego driven sponsorships. I am putting a bit of faith in AH that he wouldn’t be doing this if he doesnt think it will deliver value.

2). The four institutions backing this have some pretty good investors among them. Now I know they are getting a premium out of selling their IDX shares, but they are also getting a lot of Capitol shares in exchange, so unless they thing the whole deal is going to work, they would ‘t be supporting it.

I think the share price will be weak until the deal is done (if it does happen) and perhaps for a reporting period afterwards. One good reporting period will see the share fly though......
