Very true. The bid is attractive , but to whom? The shareholders driving the deal won’t be those delivering the future value to make it work . If they can’t productively engage the radiologists from IDX then this will be an abject failure and a repeat of the southern debacle. If this deal releases some of them from escrow then how motivated will they then be to deliver productive outcomes for a new owner with a checkered history??? Scary thought.This engagement is the key and where this will fail or succeed if it goes ahead..
