I think I was a little premature yesterday when I thought the SP would go up by at least the mid teen percent range. Not a done deal which is a little contrary to the announcement which indicated plenty of discussions with IDX board.
Anyway, if it does go through we should get that mid teen boost + another 10-20% boost from rejoining the ASX 300. Plus another small boost from reinstating sustainable dividends.
I'm still trying to work out, in this context, what AH meant by 'capitalizing on Enlitic' investment at the AGM. Could mean selling out at profit to fund this purchase or just owning more clinics which can then use the Enlitic products.
I'm just hoping they have done their own sums and not relied too much on the greedy investment banks pushing this deal.
