I don't know if I have read something different or interpreted incorrectly but I don't believe we get the right to buy at $19.50. I believe we get the right to buy at 2.5% discount to VWAP after the $19.50 placement shares start trading. Only the new institutional investors get the right to buy at $19.50. I guess if the shares trade below $19.50 when they are placed then the shareholders are better off, if they trade above $19.50 they are worse off.
